The deck’s content is currently undergoing final review and preparation for initial printing, with the goal of providing an accessible, tangible tool to support individuals on their healing journey.
Collaborative programs and events that help expand access to healing tools, raise awareness, and foster supportive community connection.

You & Me Too Foundation

You & Me Too Foundation was founded by Josephine Bartlett, a meditation facilitator, Reiki practitioner, and survivor advocate dedicated to expanding access to trauma-informed healing tools and support. With over a decade of experience guiding individuals in meditation and holistic wellness practices, Josephine has supported others in cultivating emotional resilience, self-trust, and personal empowerment.
Through her work with survivors and individuals navigating trauma, she recognized the need for accessible, compassionate resources that honor each person’s dignity and unique healing journey. She established the foundation to create pathways for healing that extend beyond traditional settings, integrating digital innovation to provide supportive tools, guided resources, and connection for individuals wherever they are.
Under her leadership, the foundation is developing both in-person and digital initiatives designed to offer meaningful support, foster connection, and expand access to healing for those who need it most.
