You & Me Too Foundation

WHY I STARTED YOU & ME TOO
For years, I was searching for relief from experiences I didn’t yet understand. I looked for answers in bookstores, churches, and anywhere I thought I might find something that could help.
I didn’t know where to begin—and at the time, I didn’t even realize therapy was an option available to me.
Years later, I began thinking about the kinds of tools that would have helped me when I was searching.
That question became the seed for You & Me Too Foundation—a place creating survivor-informed tools to support healing before, during, and beyond therapy.
