The mission of the You & Me Too Foundation is to fill gaps in the healing journey by creating survivor-informed resources, support, and connection for survivors of sexual, physical, and emotional abuse—before, during, and beyond therapy. 

We envision a world where every survivor has access to healing resources, compassionate support, and the opportunity to rebuild their lives with hope, empowerment, and resilience.

Truth Rising Collective
Our growing ecosystem of survivor-informed healing tools, digital experiences, and community resources designed to support survivors throughout their healing journey.

The Sanctuary
A developing digital healing space offering reflection, grounding, encouragement, and connection—designed to meet survivors wherever they are in their journey.

Healing Tools
Survivor-informed resources including the You & Me Too Healing Deck, reflective journals, guided practices, and other tools created to support reflection, grounding, and reconnection.

Partnerships & Access to Support
We collaborate with trauma-informed professionals, survivor-serving organizations, and community partners to strengthen pathways to resources and professional care.

Outreach & Education
Community outreach, education, and future initiatives designed to increase awareness, strengthen connection, and help make support more accessible.
