You & Me Too Foundation

Many survivors struggle with the quiet inner voice shaped by trauma.
This deck gently introduces affirmations, grounding prompts, and reflective journaling invitations designed to help survivors reconnect with their inner strength, voice, and sense of self — at their own pace.
Our guided journals provide structured prompts that encourage thoughtful reflection and emotional exploration. Journaling can help survivors process experiences, recognize patterns, and reconnect with their inner voice in a private and supportive way.
Reconnect cards are designed to help individuals reconnect with their bodies and develop greater awareness of their internal experiences. Through simple prompts that invite attention to breath, physical sensations, and the present moment, the cards support a stronger sense of self-connection. They can also be used during stressful or emotionally challenging moments to help individuals pause, ground themselves, and regain balance.
For those who feel ready, our digital journaling platform will offer a space where survivors can anonymously share reflections and experiences. This initiative, known as Truth Rising Collective, allows individuals to feel less alone while respecting privacy and personal boundaries.
Participation is always optional, and survivors are encouraged to engage in whatever way feels most supportive for their journey. This platform is currently under development

The You & Me Too Foundation is developing an online healing community where survivors can access guided reflections, supportive resources, and digital tools in a compassionate and moderated environment.
The first phase of this initiative will introduce core features designed to support reflection, healing, and connection while protecting participant privacy and emotional safety.
As our programs grow, we envision a fully developed mobile application that will allow survivors to access healing tools anytime and anywhere. The app will bring together affirmation resources, journaling tools, guided reflections, and supportive community features in one accessible platform.
Our goal is to make compassionate support available whenever it may be needed.
A moderated platform for anonymous story sharing that validates survivor voices and reduces isolation.

The You & Me Too Foundation is developing partnerships with trauma-informed therapists, counseling organizations, and universities to help expand access to affordable mental health care for survivors.
Through this initiative, we aim to build a referral network, increase awareness of sliding-scale therapy options, and develop programs that may provide subsidized therapy support for underserved individuals.
Our goal is to help ensure that survivors who wish to pursue therapy have pathways to compassionate, qualified care.
The development of this initiative is being guided with input from experienced trauma-informed mental health professionals.

The You & Me Too Foundation envisions developing early education and outreach initiatives designed to help young people better understand personal boundaries, emotional safety, and healthy relationships.
Through age-appropriate programs and community partnerships, this future initiative aims to provide education and awareness that may help reduce vulnerability to abuse while empowering youth with knowledge, confidence, and support.
As the foundation grows, we hope to collaborate with educators, counselors, and community organizations to develop responsible, trauma-informed programming that promotes prevention, awareness, and resilience.
