Together, we can expand access to compassionate, trauma-informed support.

We believe meaningful change happens through collaboration.

By working with therapists, community organizations, businesses, and others who share our commitment to survivors, we can help make healing resources, support, and connection more accessible.

Together, we can help fill the gaps in healing.

What We're Building

Our Commitment to Trauma-Informed Support

Our Commitment to Trauma-Informed Support

The You & Me Too Foundation is building a growing network of healing resources, support, community, and partnerships designed to meet survivors before, during, and beyond therapy.

Our work includes the Truth Rising Collective, our umbrella for survivor-informed healing tools and experiences; partnerships that help connect survivors with trauma-informed care; community outreach and education; and opportunities that bring survivors and supportive organizations together.

As we grow, we are building relationships with people and organizations who can help us expand access, strengthen our resources, and reach more survivors.

Partnership is an important part of how we turn this vision into meaningful support.

Our Commitment to Trauma-Informed Support

Our Commitment to Trauma-Informed Support

Our work is guided by a commitment to creating experiences that respect survivors’ safety, dignity, choice, and individual healing journeys.

Our approach includes:

  • Survivor-centered, choice-based support
  • Emotional safety, dignity, and empowerment
  • Awareness of triggers and retraumatization
  • Collaboration with trauma-informed professionals
  • Clear boundaries between non-clinical support and clinical care

We believe healing support should feel compassionate, accessible, and never overwhelming.

The Impact We Can Create Together

Through partnership, we can work together to:

  • Expand access to healing resources and support
  • Bring survivor-informed tools to more communities
  • Create opportunities for reflection, connection, and belonging Strengthen pathways to trauma-informed professional care
  • Raise awareness and amplify survivor voices with care and intention

Every partnership can help make healing support more accessible.

Therapist & Clinical Network Partners

We’re building relationships with established therapist networks, clinical practices, and mental health organizations that share our commitment to trauma-informed, survivor-centered care.

Rather than creating a directory of individual therapists, our goal is to collaborate with trusted organizations that can help connect survivors with qualified professional care when they are ready to take that step.

Partnership opportunities may include:

• Connecting survivors with established therapy networks and resources
• Collaborating on survivor-informed healing tools and programs
• Sharing educational and professional resources
• Expanding awareness of trauma-informed care and available support

Interested in exploring a partnership with the Foundation? We’d love to hear from you.
