You & Me Too Foundation is guided by leaders who bring lived experience, professional expertise, and a shared commitment to creating accessible, survivor-informed pathways to healing.

Josephine Bartlett is the Founder and Executive Director of You & Me Too Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to creating accessible, survivor-informed tools and resources for people healing from sexual, physical, and emotional abuse.
Drawing from lived experience and more than a decade of work in meditation and energy healing, Josephine founded You & Me Too from a deeply personal understanding of the gaps that can exist throughout the healing journey. She is a trained meditation teacher and Reiki practitioner whose work has long centered on creating supportive spaces for reflection, self-connection, and healing.
As Executive Director, Josephine leads the Foundation’s vision, programs, partnerships,
fundraising, and development of its growing collection of healing resources, including the You & Me Too Healing Deck, Truth Rising Healing Journal, and The Sanctuary digital healing space.
Her work is guided by the belief that survivors deserve accessible tools and support wherever they may be in their healing journey — before, during, and beyond therapy.
