Josephine’s professional background spans multiple industries, including interior design, e-commerce entrepreneurship, executive administration supporting corporate leadership, event planning, and the management of large organizational offices. These diverse experiences have strengthened her organizational leadership, program development, and relationship-building abilities—skills that now support the growth, vision, and mission of the You & Me Too Foundation.Earlier in her personal healing journey, Josephine became a certified meditation teacher and Reiki practitioner and later operated a private Reiki practice. Through this work, she supported individuals seeking balance, clarity, and healing, deepening her understanding of the many pathways people take toward personal transformation. 

Today, Josephine is driven by a deep passion to help others begin or continue their healing journey. She believes that healing can take many forms and that every survivor deserves the freedom to move forward in their own time and in their own way. For some, finding their voice and sharing their experiences can be a meaningful part of that process. For Josephine, speaking about her own journey became a doorway that helped her move forward with greater strength and purpose. Through the You & Me Too Foundation, she hopes to create supportive spaces and accessible resources that honor each individual’s path toward healing. Beginning in Texas, Josephine envisions the foundation growing nationwide and eventually reaching survivors around the world. Her long-term vision includes expanding healing tools, providing free and subsidized therapy access to underserved communities, and creating welcoming spaces where survivors and community members can gather for programs, classes, and workshops.At the heart of Josephine’s mission is a simple belief: Every survivor deserves to feel seen, supported, and empowered on their journey toward healing.
