You & Me Too Foundation

A digital platform designed to provide daily emotional support, guided healing tools, grounding exercises, and a safe space for individuals to reconnect with their strength and resilience. The app is currently in active development as part of the foundation’s mission to expand access to healing through digital innovation.
The You & Me Too Affirmation Healing Deck is a trauma-informed, non-clinical healing tool currently in its final stages of development by the Foundation. Designed to support survivors of sexual, physical, and emotional abuse, the deck will feature empowering affirmations, grounding prompts, and reflective journaling invitations to help individuals reconnect with their voice, inner strength, and path toward healing. Created to be compassionate, accessible, and empowering, this upcoming resource will offer survivors a gentle way to engage with their healing journey at their own pace.
Collaborative programs and events that help expand access to healing tools, raise awareness, and foster supportive community connection.
Our inaugural signature fundraiser supporting the expansion of healing programs and the continued development of accessible healing tools, including digital resources.
Through these initiatives, the foundation is building scalable pathways to healing that honor dignity, safety, and personal empowerment.

Josephine Bartlett is the founder of the You & Me Too Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering survivors of sexual, physical, and emotional abuse through trauma-informed healing tools, community support, and prevention education.
As a survivor herself, Josephine’s own healing journey profoundly shaped her vision for the foundation. Through years of personal reflection and growth, she came to believe that the hardships we overcome can become powerful pathways for helping others heal. At a pivotal moment in her life, she asked herself a simple but life-changing question:
What would have helped me most when I needed it?
The answer was clear — accessible, non-clinical healing tools and the reassurance that compassionate, affordable therapy was available. That realization became the foundation for the work she would later create through the You & Me Too Foundation.
Josephine’s professional background spans multiple industries, including interior design, e-commerce entrepreneurship, executive administration supporting corporate leadership, event planning, and the management of large organizational offices. These diverse experiences have strengthened her organizational leadership, program development, and relationship-building abilities—skills that now support the growth, vision, and mission of the You & Me Too Foundation.
Earlier in her personal healing journey, Josephine became a certified meditation teacher and Reiki practitioner and later operated a private Reiki practice. Through this work, she supported individuals seeking balance, clarity, and healing, deepening her understanding of the many pathways people take toward personal transformation.
Today, Josephine is driven by a deep passion to help others begin or continue their healing journey. She believes that healing can take many forms and that every survivor deserves the freedom to move forward in their own time and in their own way. For some, finding their voice and sharing their experiences can be a meaningful part of that process. For Josephine, speaking about her own journey became a doorway that helped her move forward with greater strength and purpose. Through the You & Me Too Foundation, she hopes to create supportive spaces and accessible resources that honor each individual’s path toward healing.
Beginning in Texas, Josephine envisions the foundation growing nationwide and eventually reaching survivors around the world. Her long-term vision includes expanding healing tools, providing free and subsidized therapy access to underserved communities, and creating welcoming spaces where survivors and community members can gather for programs, classes, and workshops.
At the heart of Josephine’s mission is a simple belief:
Every survivor deserves to feel seen, supported, and empowered on their journey toward healing.
